Here's my exercise regime: think of a tool I need. Well, I have tools in three places around here: basement shop, outside shop, and hanger. I start out for the basement shop but just as I get there, I can't remember what I was looking for. So I head back upstairs, and remember what I was looking for. I turn around and go back to the basement, but the tool I want isn't there. So I head for the outside shop, but before I get there I forget what I was looking for. You get the picture. As I have gotten older, this happens more and more. Before long, I'll spend my days walking in circles. But, hey, I'll be in great shape, eh?
